What these terms cover

These terms cover towing, recovery, transport, storage and roadside repair by Titan Tow & Repair, 2751 Liberty Landing Rd., Liberty, MO 64068, and your use of this site.

Who can approve a job

Whoever calls us confirms they are the owner or driver, or are allowed to have the vehicle moved or worked on. On a commercial job we may ask who is paying before we set off.

Timing and price

Any time we give you is our best estimate of how far out the nearest truck is. Traffic, weather, the scene itself and police control of it can all change that, so a time is not a guarantee. Price depends on the truck needed, the distance, the conditions and how long the job takes. Ask us for the rate before you say go.

Your vehicle and what is in it

• Take out valuables and any load you can before we hook up.
• Tell us about anything unusual: hazardous cargo, air suspension faults, a locked driveline, modifications, or low clearance.
• Damage that was already there, normal wear, and damage we cannot avoid because of where or how the vehicle is sitting are not our responsibility.

Payment and storage

Payment is due when the job is done, unless you have set up an account or an insurer is paying. Vehicles left in our yard are charged storage from the day they arrive. We release a stored vehicle to the owner, or someone they authorize, with proof of ownership and photo ID.

Roadside repairs

Roadside repairs are meant to get you moving. If a repair is temporary rather than permanent, we will tell you at the time, and it is up to you to get the permanent fix done.

Liability

We carry full commercial insurance and our operators are WreckMaster-certified. Nothing here limits any liability that Missouri law says cannot be limited. Tell us about a claim quickly, so we can look into it while the evidence is fresh.
